Video FAQ

Q: How come the video does not load? Or how come I get a message that the video is unavailable?
A: Sometimes the video takes time to load. If it does not load, give it a few minutes and hit "F5" to refresh on your browser. If it still doesn't work, try it again tomorrow before reporting it to us
B: Sometimes your browser just need to be restarted due to a memory problem with the Flash Player (activex/plug-in).

Q: The video is extremely choppy. It stops every 5 seconds!
A: Press the pause button and let the video load. You can see how much the video is loaded by looking at the progress bar.
B: If you have cable(some DSL are slow) or faster connection, open another video and let it load as well.

Q: What is that beeping noise I keep on hearing?
A: It's the chatango flash chat client making noise.
B: To turn it off. Click on the little speaker icon at the bottom left near # "people here now"
